Welded mesh panel systerm (wire mesh fence)
A robust welded mesh panel system used in a variety of applications where high security is not a prime requirement.
This is a fence with very low maintenance costs owing to the strength of the panel and the long life finish.
Panel:
Mesh pattern: welded mesh with reinforcing folds. Horizontal wires and vertical wires are welded at each intersection
Weld strength: 75% of the minimum tensile strength of the wire
Mesh opening: 200 x 50 mm - 50 x 50 mm in folded areas.
Wire diameter: 4 mm. Also possible, 6 mm diameter, upon request.

Coating technique
Panels made out of galvanised wires (min. 40 g/m2). An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with polyester coating (min. 100 micron)
The posts are polyester powder coated with a galvanised substrate in the accordance with Euro norm 10147 (min. 60 micron)
Finish
Colour coated black or green
other colours available on request
