Gate (Wire mesh grating)
A range of gates is available to suit all your requirements. From standard to heavy 7 bar gates to half mesh and fully mesh. All are supplied with 20mm adjustable gate eyes with either a spring loaded bolt as standard or a 'D' loop to order.

Thanks to our in-house engineering department we are in a position to manufacture bespoke galvanized gates to all sizes and specifications. Previous orders have ranged from 1 meter up to 12 meter gates and beyond.
All gates are made to order and can be further optimized with flexible hinge configurations thereby allowing for alternative opening scenarios.
We can also provide powder-coating to order. We recommend galvanizing or zinc baking to extend the life of your fencing and gates.
Gates can be single or double leafed.

A heavy box section frame is clad with 75 x 75 x 4 mm Welded Mesh. All are supplied with 20mm adjustable gate eyes and lockable sliding bolt.
2.Single leaf gates
They are available from 3'- 16' and pairs up to 36'. Can be used with 8'6" galvanized gate posts to suit, or can be fixed to wooden gate posts to suit individual requirements.
Speed gates are available to suit aperture widths of up to 7.0m. They operate at a speed of 1m per second, and are fully compatible with any access control system.
The gate leaves are fully welded steel hollow section of 100mm by 60mm by 4mm. The infill bars are 30mm by 20mm by 2mm steel at 120mm (max) centres.
Hanging post dimensions: 300mm by 200mm by 6mm steel with welded top plate.

Wire mesh grating
The mounting brackets for the drive units are welded to the top of the hanging posts, and the drive units are protected by a stainless steel cover. The drive units have 3 phase 230/400V, 50Hz motors and worm drive gearboxes which are equipped with proximity switches to stop the gate leaves in both the open and closed positions.
The gate leaf is operated by an articulated arm which may be disengaged in the event of a power failure to allow manual gate operation.
A key switch for open and close operation and an emergency stop button are mounted on the hanging post.
A fully programmable control panel is equipped with inverters to provide soft start and stop functions, together with a speed control.
The standard fail safe safety system is self activating consisting of rubber buffers on the gate leaf leading edges, and on the horizontal bottom gate beams. The electronic detectors ensure that accidental contact will immediately stop and reverse the gate. Rotating warning lights can also be added to the top of the drive posts to indicate when the gates are in motion.
Twin photo-cell beams are also provided for low/high vehicle protection.
